Mindful Monday
Weekly Drop-in

Mindful Monday is a weekly online meditation session, a moment to pause before the rest of the week carries you with it. You can come however you are — rested, frazzled, curious, or somewhere in between.

We sit together. We breathe. We take stock of what’s there for you, without rushing to change it. It’s simple, steady, and surprisingly supportive. If you’re looking for a soft place to begin, this is it.

Over the 4 weeks, we look at the 4 ways of knowing mindfulness:  breath, body, mind, heart. We slow down. We notice.

We gently practise responding rather than reacting.

Most people find something shifts in exploring these doorways into awareness — a bit more clarity, a touch more ease, a kinder inner tone.
