Meet Zeina Charara

I’m Zeina, and I guide people in learning to practice mindfulness meditation. It’s a way of finding steadiness and calm within yourself, no matter what’s going on in the busy outside world.

For nearly 20 years, mindfulness meditation has supported me through many seasons of life — the full ones, the uncertain ones, and all the moments in between. And now I offer the same support to others.

My approach is simple and grounded, without pressure or expectation.  I offer guided meditation sessions that meet you where you are, and help you build a practice that genuinely supports you — from the inside out.

It’s not about changing who we are, or about changing our circumstances. It’s about remembering and reconnecting with the sense of peace we all carry deep inside.
