If you find yourself feeling stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed most days, I invite you to explore a new path.
This small-group course offers a structured, guided journey towards a different way of moving through life. For those who are ready to go deeper, this course can offer a space for contemplation and for unpacking your personal experiences in order to bring clarity and meaning to your life.
Be Here Now – The Four Ways of Knowing Mindfulness is for those ready to deepen their understanding of mindfulness beyond the surface level. It introduces both the philosophical and practical foundations of mindfulness — the bridge between curiosity and embodied practice.
Over the course of four weeks, you will have the opportunity to explore a new sense of being, build emotional resilience, and get mental clarity. Each week, I will offer a brief intro and through various mindfulness meditation practices we will experience ways in which we can bring more awareness into our daily lives. We’ll get curious about the breath, the body, the mind and the heart. Every session explores a different dimension of awareness, helping you move from reacting to responding — cultivating steadiness, curiosity, and compassion.
By the end of the course you can take your skills off the cushion and infuse your life with more clarity and a greater sense of purpose. You can discover how mindfulness can become not just something you learn, but a way of life.
We’ll aim to build your understanding, strengthen your personal practice, and equip you with tools for awareness and resilience — creating confidence, clarity, and self-awareness that extends beyond the cushion.
